Although we would prefer experience with both automated and manual testing, while helping evaluate automated testing tools to implement.

SUMMARY:

A Quality Assurance Specialist at Visory Health will use their creativity, curiosity, and technical skills to produce, maintain, and execute manual test plans to ensure that development meets business requirements and prioritizes user experience. Our projects cover a diverse range of development, spanning web, app, and a rules-based logic system. This offers variety in day-to-day tasks and the opportunity to specialize in areas of personal interest.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Manual Quality Assurance professional to join our Operations Team in supporting development across the company. This position can be remote but prefer a local St. Louis resource. Below are some responsibilities:

· Independently determine scope and priority within a testing cycle.

· Use Excel to document test cases and execute a test plan to find any issues within the development.

· Manually perform User Interface, Functional and Regression testing from the perspective of functionality, usability, and performance.

· Create detailed bug reproduction steps to communicate found issues with the development team.

· Manage multiple ongoing projects with shifting priorities at any time.

· Communicate directly with stakeholders to explain any issues found and their impacts to a planned deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience translating business requirements or other documentation into manual test cases and scenarios; automation experience a plus!

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel to its full capability.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work independently and provide updates to all levels of employees.

· Great time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

· Keen attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· Previous experience with Smartsheet, Azure, pgAdmin, Postman, or similar tools is a plus!
